You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure program, or use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish content without written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All text, photography, video, audio, design, code, marks, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by Anya Kaur, its licensors, or its collaborators, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and interact with this content for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any of it without prior written consent.
4. User Content
If you submit messages, inquiries, or other materials to the Service ("User Content") you grant Anya Kaur a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights, violate any law, or contain unlawful, harassing, or harmful material.
5. Payments, Bookings & Refunds
Where the Service offers paid bookings, products, or services, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation. Cancellation and refund eligibility are described at the time of booking; absent a specific policy, refund requests should be sent to press@anyakaur.com and will be reviewed in good faith.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms (including Stripe, Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, and email or social services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anya Kaur, its affiliates, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anya Kaur and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where local consumer protection laws grant you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email where available. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
